Role & Responsibilities

Power BI Developer

  • Builds and maintains Power BI reporting for fulfillment and logistics: executive and operations dashboards, semantic models, and datasets on the live data platform.
  • Improves the analytics warehouse layer behind BI: corrects grain and keys, removes redundant or legacy structures, and aligns facts and dimensions so measures stay trustworthy at scale.
  • Reduces refresh and query cost by profiling slow paths, rewriting heavy SQL and Databricks jobs, pruning unused columns, and tightening incremental refresh and partition strategies where it matters.
  • Refines DAX and model design (cardinality, relationships, calculation groups where appropriate) so high-traffic dashboards stay responsive as order volume grows.
  • Collaborates with engineering on the React web and mobile apps and C# services so operational screens and BI metrics stay consistent and integrations stay maintainable.
